Surgeon İhsan Türkmen, MD.
The Specialist of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery
He started his medical education at Istanbul University Capa Faculty of Medicine. Opt. Dr. İhsan Türkmen completed his education here in 2008 and gained experience by receiving training on Vascular Surgery at the Clinical Hospital Dubrava in Zagreb during this period.
He continued his education and working life determinedly as an assistant physician in the Plastic-Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic of Haydarpasa Numune Training and Research Hospital. He received certificates in microsurgery and hair transplant surgery by participating in national congress and courses of prestigious institutions; he specialized in this department. In 2015, he was entitled as the Specialist of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
Subsequently, he worked as a specialist physician in private and public hospitals such as Mardin Public Hospital, Acıbadem Hospital Vanity Plastic Surgery Center, and participated in rhinoplasty training in Barcelona. He has been working in his own clinic since 2021.
Today, continuing to work in his clinics in Istanbul Kadıköy, Nişantaşı, İhsan Türkmen has succeed numerous surgeries, led dozens of scientific articles and papers, and participated in many congresses and meetings.
In this respect, he is one of the surgeons that make a difference in our country. He is a member of Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association (TPRECD), European Rhinoplasty Society of Europe and Istanbul Chamber of Physicians.
He is married and has two children. He is also closely interested in pattern works and sculpture that require hand-eye coordination, visual memory and aesthetic perception.
